Malecón breezes guide us to shore,
Son cubano rhythms call for more,
Havana nights, with sueños to chase,
Rum and lime zest sets our pace,
Adventure waits beyond El Morro's dock,
With a "¡Salud!" and a drink, it's time to rock.
Sailed into Havana on a sun-soaked day,
Found a beach bar where royal palms sway,
There she was, at the bar so fine,
Red bikini, sipping her Cuba Libre and lime.
Cinnamon hair in the tropical air,
Café con leche eyes, I couldn't help but stare.
As the music swirls and the lights grow dim,
We sway to the rhythm on a midnight whim,
The night's alive with passion and grace,
In Havana's heat, we find our place.
You're a mojito, (cool and sweet),
I'm a Havana Hurricane, (spicy heat),
Mixing us up is a loco game,
We're a cocktail of love that's never the same,
There's no recipe to fix this heady mix,
But tonight, let's savor every sip and twist.
She flashed a smile, I bought a trago,
Tried to convince her we could tango,
But her flavor was subtle, and mine was strong,
We moved to the beat of a Buena Vista song,
Realizing maybe we weren't meant to last,
But for now, we'll dance until night is past.
The band struck up a mambo beat,
We twirled through Havana's steamy heat,
Bailamos bajo la luna,
En la cálida bruma.
Every step showed our different pace,
Still, I was lost in her Tropicana grace.
The night wore on, the rum did flow,
With the rooster's crow, we both know…
As the music swirls and the lights grow dim,
We sway to the rhythm on a midnight whim,
The night's alive with passion and grace,
In Havana's heat, we find our place.
You're a mojito, (cool and sweet),
I'm a Havana Hurricane, (spicy heat),
Mixing us up is a loco game,
We're a cocktail of love that's never the same,
There's no recipe to fix this heady mix,
But tonight, let's savor one last kiss.
And as the sun begins to rise,
We bid farewell with tired eyes,
Havana's magic still lingers near,
In every note, in every cheer.
